How they did it
Just eight days after issuing an emergency certificate of need, the Meritus Health Center in Hagerstown, Md., began moving soil to build two permanent South Regional Infection Containment Wings (12,560-sf) to support COVID-19 infected patients.
How they did it:
- Immediately “identifying & ordering long-lead materials and systems” during design.
- Collaborating with local officials to expedite the permitting process without compromising the “quality and safety of the final product.”
- And “developing a schedule with major milestones.”
